1. Lowering blood pressure
High blood pressure greatly increases the risk of stroke. The problem is that you can have dangerously high blood pressure and feel good. 8. Buy a cookbook
There are thousands of cookbooks to help you. Buy one that has recipes quick, easy and healthy. Cooking does not have to be complicated.
9. Drink more water and less soda.
Try to drink 8 glasses of water a day and leave the Coca Cola, Pepsi and dr. pepper. You will feel better for it.
10. Do some exercise
Get your body moving. Going for a walk, climb stairs of his house a few times, start dancing. You can work out. That is what we designed.
